This is a unique lampwork glass heart pendant dangling from a red cord, perfect to pick up the reds within the heart. The pendant is peacock patterned, containing red, white, deep aqua blue, black on a silver metallic appearing background.
Lampworking is a type of glasswork that uses a gas fueled torch to melt rods and tubes of glass. Once in a molten state, the glass is formed by blowing and shaping with tools and hand motions. It is also known as flameworking or torchworking.
This necklace measures 15" to 16 3/4", depending on where you hook the clasp. The extender is 1 3/4" long.
